The logic is simple: a language model asked to rewrite text writes in the same formulaic ways that detectors look for. A different prompt isn't going to change that.

Method 2: Edit it by hand

Editing by hand is the best way to make text sound like you, because only you can add real-world examples, your own perspective and knowledge of your reader. It's also slower: you'll likely spend 20 to 60 minutes on a short article, depending on how much you change.
