Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Usage Limit
To qualify for a refund, your usage of word credits must not exceed 1,000 words. If you have used more than 1,000-word credits, your refund request will be denied.
Important Notice
Please note that refunds are granted at our discretion and meeting the criteria does not guarantee a refund.

- Order number (optional)
Response Time
Our team will review your request and respond within three working days. We may contact you if additional information or documentation is needed to process your request.
Refunds Are Not Given Under These Circumstances
Refunds are not issued if word credit usage has exceeded 1,000 words.
No refunds will be granted if the request is made after the 3-day window has passed.
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the service after significant use.
