What is BypassGPT?
BypassGPT is a web tool that rewrites AI-generated text so it looks human-written. You paste text, pick one of three modes (Fast, Creative or Enhanced), and it returns a rewritten version. It also has a built-in AI checker, and its pricing page claims it can get past basic detectors, Turnitin and Originality.ai.
Like most humanizers, it's targeted at students, bloggers and marketers who use AI to draft their content and want to avoid detection.
Can BypassGPT bypass AI detectors? Our test
The HumanizerPRO team tested BypassGPT in April 2025. We took raw GPT-4 content, rewrote it with BypassGPT's Enhanced mode, which is its most thorough option, and checked the result with three detectors.
The results were poor. GPTZero still rated the text 100% AI, Winston AI 95% and Originality.ai 90%. Our own AI detector also flagged it as highly likely AI-written. In other words, the rewrite changed the words but not the patterns detectors measure.

Output quality
Detection is one thing, but getting the rewrite right is another, and this is where BypassGPT fell short in our tests:
- Grammar mistakes. Grammarly gave the output a score of 77 out of 100, with several errors that weren't in the original.
- Hard to read. The Flesch reading-ease score dropped below 30, which is roughly college-graduate level and too dense for most blog or business writing.
- Meaning drift. Some sentences changed what they said, which is the one thing a humanizer must never do.
- Overlap with existing text. A plagiarism check flagged up to 49% of some rewritten samples as matching other sources, so run a plagiarism check on anything you plan to publish.
Every one of those problems means someone has to edit the text manually anyway, which eats up the time the tool is meant to save.
Plans and pricing
BypassGPT offers a free plan alongside several paid plans. The free plan gives you all three modes but a mere 150 words a month and 80 words per request, barely enough to test a single paragraph.
The site only shows paid prices at checkout. Third-party listings put them at around $8 a month for roughly 5,000 words, $12 for roughly 30,000 words and $30 for unlimited words, all based on paying for a year up front. Monthly billing costs more. The current money-back guarantee lasts three days.

Strengths and weaknesses
What works: a snappy, clean interface, three modes, and a built-in checker, so you don't need to leave the site.
What doesn't: detection results were weak on every detector we tried, the output needed heavy editing, the free plan is too small to evaluate the tool properly, and the refund window is short.
